Sawn Timber

Sokol Woodworking Plant, Ulianovsk Timber Company, Ustyales and Ilyinsky Forestry Enterprise produce sawn timber, including for export.

Sokol woodworking plant's products are sold both on the Russian market and on most European markets such as Germany, Belgium, France, England, Ireland, Spain, Holland, Austria, Italy as well as the CIS and Baltic states. The company's major products include export sawn timber, window and door units, glued, sliced and timber products, houses made of glued laminated beams as well as frame and panel houses, cement particle boards.

The production capacity at Ulianovsk Timber Company amounts to 180K m³ a year, thus making this enterprise one of the largest producers and exporters in the Volga region. The company's products, i.e. different types of sliced and timber products, furniture board, window board, fuel briquettes, etc., are well known with the domestic customers and of stable demand on the markets in the North Africa, the Middle East and some European countries.

Ustyales' key products are pulpwood for pulp and paper plants, sawn timber, Euro pallet blanks, railway ties, packing materials and technological wood chips.

Ilyinsky Forestry Enterprise produces export coniferous sawn timber (spruce, pine) of northern assorting according to GOST 26002 - 83 and GOST 8486 - 86.

With the account of technologies available to the NTC holding, the company plans to organize the production and distribution of molded and glued products, window and door units, broadleaf sawn timber, etc. on foreign markets.
