Glued Laminated Products

Glue laminated beams - is the most up-to-date material for wooden house-building. Glue laminated beams are made of choice sorts of wood. Logs are cut into boards, each is dried up to 8-12%, selected by width and glued in a press with special ecologically safe glue produced by AKZO NOBEL. Beams are brought to grade on WEINIG equipment out of glued blanks that may be joined at ends if necessary. Such beams are used to produce wall construction parts.

Due to using graded beams in wooden house-building the modern houses are free of natural timber flaws; they've kept the best timber qualities and attained new ones:

• safety and lasting quality;
• better ability to store heat;
• absence of grounds to decay and insect infestation.

Perfect machined surface of glued graded beams does not require any further finishing.

Glued boards are for the manufacturing of furniture, door units, window boards, and stairs. Sold both as blanks and finished goods.

Depending on the timber quality and surface machining the glued boards are divided into 3 types:

1. АВ/АВ - double sided boards
2. АВ/С - single sided boards
3. С/С - double sided boards

It's possible to produce boards of 200 - 450 мм width and 50мм gradation, as well as upon the client's specification - with the width of up to 1000мм and length of up to 2400мм.

Furniture boards may be produced according to the client's requirements.

Glued board consists of graded lamellae made of sawn timber of coniferous species (spruce, pine) straight joint at edges with the help of KLEBIT 303 glue. It's permitted to use strips joint on the horizontal shouldered tenon to produce boards.
