Cement-Chipping Boards
Cement-chipping boards (CCB) combine the best qualities of cement and timber. They are lighter than standard cement fibre boards, and high rigidity, weather and cold resistance, mould immunity are to their advantage in comparison to other board types, including plaster boards.
CCB (GOST 26816-86) is a modern construction material from a group of materials used in so called "dry installation" technology.
Construction boards are primarily used in prefabricated structures of different purposes, including:
- for fronts, partitions, floors, ceilings while building new houses and rebuilding old ones
- in special facilities, the structures of which shall comply with exclusive standards in respect of their rigidity, moisture resistance, fire safety, ecological and hygienic safety, weather resistance and immunity to mould and insects.
In addition, the enterprises produce particle cement boards (PCB) used in construction, in particular as a permanent form.
Constant attention is paid to the quality of construction boards during the production. Board production is supervised by the laboratory of the State Center of Sanitary Supervision and Disease Control.
Construction boards are produced on the processing lines of BISON (Germany).
The standard size is 1200 õ 3600 ìì (4,32 ì2), width from 10 to 26 ìì. Standard boards may be later cut into other sizes.
